first 1m16s was silly. could have just started at 1m17s. HVMN's assertion that ingesting their product to jolt production of ketones is the same as fasting for 3 or 4 days is not correct. Yes, ketone levels rise, and they are signalling molecules, but may other things occur with fasting for several days, including the killing off of senescent cells, autophagy, and stem cell production.
