  1. Hi, what timeline do you usually give yourself for the no-brainer offer? I imagine it'd be dependent on the proportion of the service cost to how fast it would take that particular company to make back the money.

  2. You are making millions of dollars and you can't afford to hire a cameraman for a info video? Walking around an apartment building or hotels outdoor hallway over and over again…..is less than convincing. Best of luck young man.

  3. Not too sure how this works. How do the insights generate them the $8.5k? Wouldn’t that be from your actual marketing?

    I offer a free audit, but it never seems to generate interest. Only in meetings I have people actually say that the level of detail is excellent etc.

    My issue would be, they can’t market and don’t understand the concepts so just giving them the audit/review still wouldn’t generate them $8.5k or whatever.

    Maybe I’m missing the point, but could you expand bro?

    Awesome concept! – heard no one talk about this, that way.
    would agree that the free offer is not a good frame.
    They should trade something, even if it's $1.
    I always ask in my calls:
    "How committed are you to invest in your business?"

  5. Nice video! How do you "find money" doing a marketing review? Is it just basically helping them find missed opportunities for sales in their lead gen, conversions, and follow up?
