"Not yet" can still be as debilitating as a Fail as you will still be comparing yourselves against your peers so will know you've fallen behind. And for this to happen in succession, well that will also play with your mind.

The way she explains itself makes us beleive that we can improve if we try. I heard about growth mind set from a module of my course and came here researching for more information. I hwish i would have known this before, but it's not late. Even an adult brain can continue to growth and make more strong neuro connections if we are ready to take challenges and learn new things to train our brain.

Love this! I figured as a kid I was always scolded heavily whenever I made mistakes to the very point that I dread them so much. Even til this day, I'm still put off by challenges or anything involving me making mistakes, but after this, I just gotta make the goddamn mistakes and constantly learn from them! Can't do the right thing all the time anymore I'm so done with that mindset now.
Let's pay teachers more so they can rent a proper house and not work two jobs then grades will go up dnt worry

I highly appreciate her idea. We were borned with a particular IQ but by the way that you make your effort, your consistent into something, you'll learn something new and establish more connections in neurons. That can call by the name EQ, AQ. We should always see everything as a process that can improve or fail depending on our effort. I think the pandemic has taught people a big lesson, having one stream of income is not really a good idea cause your job doesn't secure your financial needs.
