Simple, outlaw shelter as a business unless it's designed to be a business… Hotels, Motels, Long term rental homes.. Treat them as businesses offering a service with a rating system that favours the weaker party (the renters)
hmmm looking forward to visit and move there after watching this.
Someone needs to fish slap that pizza lady and all the other wealthy property hoarders in that town. But on a more serious note, if this country does experience a financial collapse, those wealthy people will end up running for their lives for what they have done.
She says " i need to make money " owns multiple businesses owns multiple houses, i think what she should have said was
" i am greedy for more "
rich white people, who would of thunk?
it really sounds like slave labor your boss controls your living all the workers are really getting is board
Oh whoa youβre all giving me the wha whaβs
Wha π wha π’ π π π
so basically all she is doing is recycling her own money
BUILD YOUR OWN HOUSE WITH YOUR OWN 2 HANDS ππ½ CHOP πͺ TREESπ²π² BUILD YOURSELF A LOG CABIN FOR A HOME π WET DIRT FOR MUD FOR CLAY, BUILD MUD HOUSES. BUILD YOUR BED AND CHAIR AND TABLE.
By the way, there should never be a tax write off for a second home. It's absurd.
Dang straight: "Eat the rich!"
So that guy is sweating on the pizzas he makes? Yuck.
Business owners providing housing for employees. Didn't they do that back in the slavery and indentured servant days too ?
That woman (Bella) at the beginning is beautiful.
More lile Boom Zoomers ima right guys
Commies, this is the real world. Basic supply and demand. Your "solutions" always make the problem worse. Taxing the rich, rent control, subsidized housing, if those were really the solutions, there would be no housing affordability problem.
Iβm northern minnesota weβve seen our towns and real estate prices almost double due to zoom booms.
Don't worry, inflation is "transitory"…
β¦kooks
If you offered a tax break for primary residents and full rates for all others maybe it would dissuade out of towers however, these snowbirds can afford second and third homes. A friend of mine has 7 properties in Hawaii and she doesnβt live in any of them because she likewise makes more money collecting rent money than living on the properties- she rents a small apartment and is a millionaire. Crested Butte is pretty but thereβs other towns like Leadville for exampleβ¦although I havenβt lived there is over 35 years, housing was limited then too.
At least I get free housing at my oil field job and a daily per diem she lowkey exploiting her pizza workers
I wonder how much the pizza lady pays her employees?
gentrification. where rich people start moving into a otherwise poor area and they cause the land values to raise. most might like it but poor people dont normally because their only real asset is a house and when their asset becomes super valuable and their debts explode because everything else is going up.. well.. they sell… and more rich people move in and the chain continues.
